This is the Order - launch party!!!

Last Wednesday Relentless Energy Drink announced the launch of a new and unique limited edition lifestyle magazine; THIS IS THE ORDER, which reveals and celebrates artistry in core sports and beyond.

CoverOrder.jpg

The new magazine will focus on showcasing those athletes and artists that push the boundaries for their art, those who have made the sacrifices that artistry demands and are relentlessly committed at directing everything towards their passion.

We had an epic night last week where relentless heroes Gallows played a blinding set to lucky competition winners, friends, and family. With temperatures soaring, the secret east London location couldn't help but be turned into a sweat box regardless of the high ceilings. The atmosphere was incredible, and the drinks flowed as everyone partied into the summer night.

Also launched was the REV, our own revolutionary software that was projected on flat screen TV's and the walls of the venue. This visual feast will be available as an iTunes download soon. Sign up to the Relentless order at www.relentlessenergy.com to get a copy of the magazine, as well as news on the REV and it's launch very soon.

TOP TEN RESULTS FOR GREGORY @ FOXHILLS

Relentless Suzuki MX rider, Lewis Gregory, scored two top ten finishes at the weekend, as the Maxxis British Motocross Championship went to the famous Foxhill venue in Wiltshire.

With Jamie Law unable to compete due to his injury, it was left to the team MX2 riders to fly the flag, with Gregory qualifying in ninth and Scott Probert in only his second race event in three months down in 25th place.

By race one, a slow start for Gregory would leave him with work to do, fighting back from mid-pack to a solid ninth place at the flag. Scott meanwhile was struggling with his lack of race practice in the sizzling heat and improved two places by the finish to come home in 23rd.

Another slow start in race two would see Gregory fighting back through the field once again, this time battling it out with a pack of riders all looking for fifth place. However, ninth would be the eventual position once again for Lewis, with Scott retiring early on after a crash damaged the header pipe on his RM-Z250 while inside the top ten.

The team look forward to welcoming back Jamie Law from injury before the next round of the British Championship at Brampton in Cumbria on 17th August. (GR)

Relentless at T in the Park!!!

We had an amazing week at T in the Park near Kinross Scotland last week. As such heavy weight acts as Rage Against the Machine, Amy Winehouse and The King's of Leon descended upon Balado Park, the rain gods dealt us a fair hand and decided to hold off on this years proceedings. This meant an epic weekend of incredible music and sunshine. Relentless brought down a host of awesomeness, including a skate and BMX mini-ramp, an incredible display of Freestyle moto-x, and unparalleled dexterity from the mountain bike riders. We also had an intimate stage, set amongst the sports that showcased incredible new talent. Here are a few photos and video's to give you a flavour of the weekend.

Check BBC 1's coverage, presented by legendary Scottish presenter Vic Galloway.

Team Relentless at the Suzuki BMX Masters

So Suzuki Masters came and went last weekend, I was soaking my socks off in Abersoch but DC was reigning in Team Relentless behaviour in the country Nick Street calls Ze Motherland. Mark Webb basically outshone everyone over the weekend qualifying 1st in the Braun Spine comp, then scooping 1st in the final before being declared 1st overall on the 2008 Barun CruZer Tour, and of course Master of the Universe.

Mark Webb - Triple Tail Whip to Fakie

Unfortunately it wasn't all plain sailing for Webbie, he took a tumble in the Street Final - landing pretty hard and jarring his back. Mark broke his back last November and is still very much in recovery so the fall came as a bit of a shock and he promptly made his way to the local hospital. He's doing ok and for once taking it easy but probably not for long!...

Our new team riders also came a cropper over the weekend, Lima came 37th out of 62 in the Dirt comp - still thrashing a bunch of International Pro's and Paul Jeffries came an impressive 21st out of 90 in the Pro Street.

Relentless Wakestock '08 - It's all over!

Relentless Wakestock came to a close on Sunday after a hectic 2 weeks of sun, storms, pool gap dramas and mud! The firs leg of Relentless Wakestock at Blenheim Palace went down a treat - the venue's first year for holding a concert but it was the perfect location for live music and world class wakeboarding.

wakestock12.jpg

wakestock13.jpg

The Abersoch leg of Relentless Wakestock was as you'd expect - amazing! A mad-for-it crowd of 14,000 descended on the picturesque North Wales town to get seriously loose! Groove Armada and Mark Ronson both played incredible headline sets while Duffy's mass of adoring welshies saw Sunday's festival finale end on a high...
