Latest From the World Of 'Relentless' MX

Well it's been a hell of a few weeks for our MX crew. The season is well up and running and the Relentless posse are well into their stride. A few highlights from the last few weeks include...

The 'Relentless Suzuki Trio' have been getting stuck in 'on tour'. Ahead of Round 3 of the British Champs Lewis Gregory signalled his pedigree on the European MX2 stage securing a 5th overall after a classy weekend at the series opener in France. For a man that missed last season thru a nasty knee injury he showed some great fitness in race 2 taking a very tidy 4th and looking particularly strong through the latter stages. Respekt.

Meanwhile young Jamie Law kicked off the British U21s at Matchams with a sweet 2nd and a 3rd to leave him well placed in 2nd overall. Alex Snow's steady 14th in Race 2 leaves our two U21 boys carrying some good momentum into Round 2 in Whiteway Barton Devon next weekend. Youth, talent and No Half Measures application. We gotta alota time for that. Great work fellas!

Of course, on top of the recent travelling, last Sunday was all about Lyng and Round 3 of the Maxxis British Champs (in association with yours truly, Relentless). The boys did well with Lewis 6th and Jamie's 9th in race 2 of particular note. In a damn competitive field (MX2 is fierce!) the boys are showing good consistency creating a sound platform from which to build over the rest of the season. Roll on Langrish and round 4 eh Rob!

Billy Mac has taken the British Maxxis MX1 Champs by the cojones and after a sweet weekend in Lyng is now sitting pretty (kinda...) at the top of the Championship pile. His first race win in his second 'sejour' (...that's french that is!) on Sunday leaving him on a sweet 159 pts ahead of the chasing De Dycker and Crockard. Nicework Braveheart. Very nice work.

Lastly Suzuki Swift's Sean Hamblin's 12th in Race 2 at the first round of the Worlds in Holland suggests good things for this Relentless sponsored team in the weeks and months ahead. A busy team on the track, Relentless some might say...
