'Relentless' Hits Weston With Suzuki
Quite simply the Weston Super Mare Beach race was 'nuts'.
From our peachy viewing point alongside our good friends Suzuki we had a cracking view of the 24th running of the annual beach race at Weston. Many of the big names were there - our friends from the US came loaded with a particularly strong contingent and the line up made for one of the most competitive races in its 24 year history.
And it wasn't easy. We think we caught a glimpse of the great Mr Everts binning it in one of the corners at the back end of a grueling solo race. You gotta respect these riders as they fight to survive hours of racing on these crazy high sand dunes. No Half Measures where we're sitting. Hope to see you at the 25th anniversary next year...... out.
