Student Wakeboard Nationals In Sheffield

June '06
The Judges take refuge from the weather in the wheels ... not very Relentless gents.
If you look closely beyond the vehicles you might be able to make out the white caps on the lake ... but hey this is the north and this is a sport for the hardcore. We made it for day 3 of the Student Wakeboard Nationals at Sheffield Cable Waterski. The weather aside, it was a damn good day. All 80 entrants hitting it hard on the water (that kicker is the sweetest in the country!), Mr Crowhurst and Mr Harwood entertaining the masses (more accurately themselves...) on the mic, and Andy and his Sheffield team playing the perfect hosts as always. Our thanks to Andy, to Harry Seymour and Al Wilson for letting us come and play and to the Hyperlite and Reef posse for simply being there to hang with. Until next year chicos.
PS Any phat trick from the day feel free to send through and we'll be happy to replace this shot of the one ray of sunshine that broke through all day....
